Main Responsibilities:
- Interface with the customer's product development team, participate in new product introduction, and feasibility reviews.
- Develop project timelines, identify key milestones, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Coordinate the confirmation of product tooling, fixtures, and auxiliary tools, follow up on processing progress, and drive acceptance work.
- Lead sample trial production and project stage reviews, and push for timely resolution of project issues.
- Organize pre- production meetings with production, quality, and other related departments, confirm product technical transfers and auxiliary materials for various processes, and execute small- batch trial production.
- Drive project handover and project closure.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Mechanical or Automotive Manufacturing.
- Over 3 years of experience in automotive parts project development.
- Proficient in using office software and project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Familiar with molding, injection molding, spraying, electroplating, and other processes.
- Familiar with project development tools and principles, including APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA.
